Pre-reforming catalyst

BR Reform 204R Pre-reforming catalyst is a high-nickel catalyst with nickel loaded on a porous support, exhibiting excellent hydrocarbon vapor low-temperature adiabatic Pre-reforming activity.Applicable to the reaction process of producing Methane gas using light oil, liquefied gas, refinery gas, and natural gas as raw materials.

Characteristic:

  • High conversion and good stability activity: high Space Velocity, low water-to-carbon ratio, good activity and stability at relatively low temperatures.
  • Adiabatic Pre-reforming:carried out in an adiabatic reactor, resulting in high reaction heat efficiency.
  • No carbon deposition occurs under low water-to-carbon ratio conditions.
  • Essentially no C2 or higher hydrocarbons in the reaction products.
  • Long service life.
