BR Sorb 407 Zinc Oxide Sulfur Adsorbent

BR Sorb 407 zinc oxide Sulfur Adsorbent is a highly adaptable Sulfur Adsorbent. The inclusion of special additives enhances its mechanical strength and its ability to absorb organic sulfur compounds, bringing its performance up to the level of the G72-D zinc oxide Sulfur Adsorbent.

BR Sorb 407Sulfur Adsorbent is suitable for the fine desulfurization of feedstocks such as naphtha, natural gas, cracked gas, synthesis gas, and shifted gas. It operates effectively within a wide temperature range ( 180–400℃) and possesses a high sulfur capacity. After treatment with T306, the H2S content in various feed gases (oils) can be reduced to below 0.1 ppm.

Industrial Application and Prospects:

This product has been widely used in more than ten units in the refining, petrochemical, ammonia synthesis, and hydrogen production industries as a fine Sulfur Adsorbent for cracked gas, natural gas, light oil, and synthesis gas. It has earned a good reputation and has been exported many times to Southeast Asia, Africa, and Taiwan.

Packaging and Storage:

BR Sorb 407 zinc oxide Sulfur Adsorbent is packed in ton bags (lined with plastic bags), with each bag weighing 900 kg. The product must be protected from moisture and must not come into contact with acidic substances. Care should be taken to prevent dropping and collision during transportation and handling. It can be stored in a sealed condition for 3 years without affecting its use.
