BR Sorb 410 Sulfur Adsorbent composed of active zinc oxide and M as active components, incorporates special additives and is shaped using the extrusion molding process. It is a high-efficiency Sulfur Adsorbent suitable for removing sulfur compounds from various gas and liquid feedstocks at room or low temperatures ( 100–150℃). After treatment with BR Sorb 410, the sulfur content in the feedstock can be reduced to below 0.1 ppm.
Active reactive sulfur compounds and elemental sulfur dissolved in aviation kerosene undergo internal diffusion to the surface of the desulfurization agent particles, where they are adsorbed. These compounds further diffuse into the micropores of the desulfurization agent and are adsorbed on the inner surface. The adsorbed reactive sulfur compounds and elemental sulfur then react with the active centers of zinc oxide and other components, forming sulfides.
Industrial Application and Prospects:
BR Sorb 410 Sulfur Adsorbent is primarily used for fine desulfurization of H2S at room temperatures. It has been used in oil refining units at Yangzi Petrochemical, Hainan Refining & Chemical, Jilin Petrochemical Company, among others.
Due to its large sulfur capacity, high strength, good water resistance, broad gas adaptability, ease of use, safety, reliability, and the absence of subsequent sulfur release issues, BR Sorb 410 Sulfur Adsorbent has extremely broad application prospects for fine desulfurization of various feedstocks.
Packaging and Storage:
BR Sorb 410 oil Sulfur Adsorbent is packaged in ton bags (lined with plastic bags), with a net weight of 900 kg per bag. The product must be protected from moisture and should not come into contact with acidic substances. During transportation and handling, avoid dropping and collisions. It can be stored sealed for up to three years without affecting its use.
