BR Sorb 411 Room Temperature Zinc Oxide Sulfur Adsorbent

BR Sorb 411 room temperature zinc oxide Sulfur Adsorbent is a new type of Sulfur Adsorbent, composed primarily of active zinc oxide with special additives, suitable for use at normal and low temperatures. BR Sorb 411 Sulfur Adsorbent can remove sulfur compounds such as H2S, COS, and RSH down to below 0.05 ppm by forming stable compounds with them.

It also has the ability to remove chlorine. It is suitable for the fine desulfurization of gas (hydrogen, synthesis gas, natural gas, petroleum gas, ammonia gas, CO2, etc.) and room-temperature liquid (propylene, liquid hydrocarbons, reforming feed, jet fuel, etc.) feedstocks. Compared with similar products, its characteristics include high sulfur capacity, high strength, good water resistance, and wide adaptability.

Industrial Application and Prospects:

The BR Sorb 411 room-temperature zinc oxide Sulfur Adsorbent is mainly used for the fine desulfurization at room temperature and has the additional capability to remove organic sulfur and chlorine. It has been used in more than 30 small and medium-sized methanol (single methanol and co-methanol) plants, such as Hehua, Qilu Second Chemical, and Yima; in more than 30 large and medium-sized polypropylene units, such as Yanshan, Jinshan, Fujian, Dalian, Qianguo, and Tianjin Petrochemical; and in more than 20 gas recovery ammonia desulfurization units, liquefied gas desulfurization units, and CO2 desulfurization units, such as Jinan Refinery and Zhenhai Refining and Chemical.

Due to its high sulfur capacity, high strength, good water resistance, wide adaptability to gas sources, ease of use, safety, reliability, and the absence of post-sulfur release issues, this product has extremely broad application prospects in the fine desulfurization of various feedstocks. It has also been exported to the United States, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Packaging and Storage:

The BR Sorb 411 ambient temperature zinc oxide Sulfur Adsorbent is packed in ton bags (lined with plastic bags), with each bag weighing 900 kg. This product must be protected from moisture and must not come into contact with acidic substances. Care should be taken to prevent dropping and collision during transportation and handling. It can be stored in a sealed condition for 3 years without affecting its use.
