Read MoreBR Sorb 507-1 Oil Chloride Adsorbent
BR Sorb507-1 chloride adsorbent is a new type of chloride adsorbent used under normal and low-temperature liquid phase conditions. It use high-quality activated carbon as the carrier, impregnated with CuO. The developed specific surface area, pore structure of activated carbon, and reactivity of the modifier are utilized to remove impurities such as sulfur, chlorine from the material.
It is mainly used for the fine removal of hydrogen chloride from reforming product oils.
Industrial Application and Prospects:
BR Sorb507-1 chloride adsorbent has been successfully applied in the reforming units of petrochemical refining enterprises in Jinling, Maoming, Tianjin, Qingyang, Fujian, Jiujiang, and Huizhou for the removal of chlorides from the produced oil.
Packaging and Storage:
BR Sorb507-1 chloride adsorbent is packaged in ton bags (lined with plastic bags), with each bag weighing 900 kg. The product must be kept dry and protected from contact with acidic substances. During transportation and handling, it should be protected from dropping and collision. The product can be stored in a sealed condition for three years without affecting its use.
