BR Sorb150 Chloride Adsorbent

BR Sorb150 chloride adsorbent, developed and produced by our company, incorporates the characteristics of various domestic and international chloride adsorbents. It is a high-efficiency chloride adsorbent with a wide operating temperature range, good activity at both high and low temperatures, strong water resistance.

BR Sorb150 chloride adsorbent has broad applicability and its performance is comparable to the imported BASF CL750 chloride adsorbent. BR Sorb150 can be used for dechlorination of feed gases such as naphtha, hydrogen, nitrogen, synthesis gas, ammonia, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide to protect downstream catalysts, reduce equipment and pipeline corrosion, and minimize product impurities, ensuring product quality.

Industrial Application and Prospects:

BR Sorb150 chloride adsorbent has a wide range of applications. It can be used for dechlorination in refinery reforming units, synthetic ammonia, and hydrogen production units, targeting feedstocks like light oil, natural gas, reforming hydrogen, and synthesis gas. Its wide operating temperature range, high purification degree, and high chlorine capacity make it suitable for installations like Songjiang Fertilizer Plant, Shidongkou Gas Plant, Lanzhou Refinery, and Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company. Due to its superior performance-to-price ratio compared to similar domestic and international products, BR Sorb150 offers significant economic benefits to users.

Packaging and Storage:

BR Sorb150 chloride adsorbent is packaged in iron drums (lined with plastic bags), with a net weight of 25 kg per drum. The product must be protected from moisture and should not come into contact with acidic substances. During transportation and handling, avoid dropping and collisions. It can be stored sealed for up to 3 years without affecting its use.
