BR Sorb604-01 COS Adsorbent Catalyst

This catalyst is an improved high-efficiency purification adsorbent catalyst, utilizing special alumina as the carrier with added active components like HBV. It can be used at normal and low temperatures.

Performs comparably to CG-731/selexsorb COS adsorbents. Due to its strong chemical adsorption properties, it selectively adsorbs and removes trace COS, CS2, and H2S from cracked C2 to C4 hydrocarbons, as well as common toxins like CO2, H2O, chlorides, and cyanides, meeting the stringent purification requirements of feedstocks. This product is a China innovation.

Industrial Applications and Prospects:

Due to its low operating temperature, simple operation, significant purification effect, and energy-saving benefits, this product has brought considerable economic benefits to users. It has been successfully used in Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company’s plastics plant, Maoming Petrochemical Company’s ethylene plant, and Tianjin Zhongsha Ethylene, replacing selexsorb COS and extensive application prospects.

Packaging and Storage:

BR Sorb604-01 Al2O3-based COS adsorbent catalyst must be kept dry and protected from contact with other chemicals during transportation. Handle with care to prevent impact and rolling. It can be stored in a sealed container for 3 to 5 years without affecting its performance..
