BR Sorb9902 Arsine Adsorbent

BR Sorb9902 arsine adsorbent, composed of Cu-Zn-Al-M, is designed to remove arsine (ASH3) from materials such as propylene, propane, catalytic cracking tail gas, and liquid hydrocarbons at room temperature. It can also effectively remove sulfides (H2S, COS) from raw materials. Comparable in performance to adsorbents like R3-12 and G132, BR Sorb9902 arsine adsorbent boasts high arsenic purification, large arsenic capacity, and high crush strength. It is suitable for de-arsenic processes in polypropylene units and large ethylene plants using hydrocarbon feedstocks.

Industrial Application and Prospects:

BR Sorb9902 arsine adsorbent has been successfully applied in large continuous polypropylene units at Changling Refining, Wuhan Petrochemical, Jiujiang Petrochemical, Jingmen Petrochemical, Fujian Refinery, Guangzhou Petrochemical, and Luoyang Petrochemical. It is also used in smaller bulk polypropylene units at Harbin Refinery, Maoming Shihua, Jinxi Refinery, Liaohe Petrochemical, as well as in C₃ de-arsenic processes in ethylene units at Shanghai Petrochemical and Lanzhou Petrochemical.

Due to its excellent de-arsenic and de-sulfur performance, this catalyst can fully replace importedarsine adsorbents, ensuring the normal operation of polymerization catalysts and C₃ hydrogenation catalysts, thereby bringing significant economic benefits to enterprises.

Packaging and Storage:

BR Sorb9902 room temperature arsine adsorbent is packaged in iron drums (lined with plastic bags), each weighing 50 kg. The product must be kept dry and not come into contact with other chemicals. Care should be taken during transportation and handling to prevent dropping, rolling, or collisions. It can be stored sealed for three years without affecting its use.
