Second Reforming Catalyst

BR Reform 302/303 catalyst is a group of high temperature sintered natural reforming catalysts with nickel as the active component and high temperature alumina and Al+Ca as the carrier, which is suitable for high temperature reforming furnaces for steam reforming of industrial hydrogen, ammonia gas, methanol gas, metallurgical reduction gas from oilfield gas or natural gas, and also for the process of oxygen-enriched partial oxidation and intermittent reforming of syngas.

Characteristic:

  • High temperature type second reforming furnace or self-heating furnace conversion catalyst, with good activity, heat resistance and structural stability.
  • BR Reform 302 is a heat-resistant catalyst installed in the upper part of the reformer and BR Reform 303  is installed in the middle and lower part of the reformer, both of which are loaded according to a certain ratio.Available raw materials: oilfield gas, natural gas, dry gas, tail gas
